Shipping Information

  • Standard Delivery (India): 15–30 business days
    (As items are made-to-order and produced with care.)

  • International Shipping: Available. Charges apply at checkout and depend on location.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, demand, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Delivery time: 15-30 business days depending on destination

  • Customs/Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, we will contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at penelloclothing@gmail.com
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Delays and Exceptions

While we work with reliable delivery partners, unexpected delays due to weather, lockdowns, strikes, or peak-season congestion may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional lead time. This will be specified on the product page.
